Yes, I am having the same problem with Safari. I tried Firefox and I get this message:
![Silverlight Dmg Mac Download Silverlight Dmg Mac Download](/uploads/1/1/8/5/118589771/829472831.png)
Jerky picture not synchronized with sound, resolved temporarily with removing silverlight from Library and reinstalling, but only temporary - MacBook Pro 1,2 Mac OS X 10.6.8 - true with both Firefox and Safari - it seems to screw up the whole web page rendering process, at least on Safari, even after one has stopped fustily trying to view Netflix. Silverlight is a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for delivering the next generation of Microsoft.NET-based media experiences and rich interactive.

I tried the trouble shooting at Netflix. Doesn't work.
Netflix says it's a Microsoft issue and take it up with them. I replied no way. I detest Microsoft - that's one reason I have a Mac. Also told them that others are having the issue and that if it wasn't resolved in a day, I am cancelling my account. If enough people say that, Netflix would put pressure on MS to fix it.

Wonder if Amazon streaming uses Silverlight.
